• Collaborate to create holistic digital marketing strategies;
• Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns;
• Analyse data to understand what works and what needs improvement;
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize and organize your tasks;
• Focus on teamwork to ensure the best possible results;
• Communicate with both Bulgarian and International clients.

To be effective on the above check that:

• You love performance marketing;
• You have 2+ years of performance marketing experience with Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads;
• You know advanced Digital Marketing strategies;
• You are committed and with strong work ethic – you remain committed and focused until the desired results are achieved;
• You love challenges and problem solving – you should be diligent and complete the task at hand in a professional manner;
• You are proactive & with high motivation to learn;
• You fluently use Excel and G Suite;
• You are confident and courteous when engaging in both written and verbal correspondence in English (C1/C2 level).

Mastery of advanced digital marketing strategies, tools or techniques such as Marketing Automation Platforms, Session Replay Tools, Newsletter Platforms, Pop-up tools, etc. is a significant advantage.
