From day one for every team member, we initiate a program featuring weekly knowledge sharing sessions, as well as on-demand formats. An interesting fact to note is that three different team members have independently and proactively stated that the knowledge gained in just one month at ROImonks is roughly equivalent to one year in their previous roles. In our close-knit team, it’s unlikely that this is a mere coincidence.
