Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for e-commerce businesses, DTC and B2C brands.
- Implement end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Analyze data to identify successful tactics and areas for improvement.
- Use cutting edge AI tools to optimize your workflow and results.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritizing and organizing tasks efficiently.
- Promote teamwork to achieve optimal results.
- Communicate effectively with both Bulgarian and international clients.
What We Are Looking For:
- Passion for performance marketing.
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
- Strong commitment and work ethic, focused on achieving desired ROI.
- Enthusiasm for challenges and problem-solving.
- Proactive attitude with a high motivation to learn.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2 level).
- Mastery of advanced digital marketing tools and techniques (e.g., AI, Marketing Automation Platforms, Session Replay Tools, Newsletter Platforms) is a significant advantage.
